Using the Professional Machine

Access the platform safely — never step directly onto the moving skates.

  1. Adjust the elastic bands according to your body weight.
    Recommended setup:

    • Rear section: initially all elastic bands connected.

    • Front section: at least 4 elastics for most users, except for body weights under 40 kg.

  2. Step onto the carriage from the center section to position yourself on the skates, as shown in the video.

  3. Test the different positions (up, medium, down) before starting your motion. Once familiar, begin moving gradually to get used to the sensations — avoid attempting the full arc at first.

    • Focus on control and safety before range.

  4. Analyze each position and measure your distance from the machine. Feet must always remain fully supported — 100% contact at all times.

Important Safety Tips

  • Incorrect or uncontrolled forces (due to speed, improper foot placement, or excessive grip strength) can cause the carriage to derail.

  • Always start and stop movements progressively, never abruptly.

  • Keep a light hold on the bar throughout.

  • Once stability is achieved, gradually test the double rotation movement. Its success depends on hip position — height, backward or forward tilt — adjust slowly to find your balance.

Before using the machine for the first time, watch the full tutorial video carefully.
Before working with the boot fixation module (Module P), ensure you clearly understand all movements and positions.

Sequential Use Recommendation

Progress through each stage step by step — each phase requires time and control:

  1. Initial movements using skates (Module B)

  2. Installation of sensors for movement analysis

  3. After several training sessions, gradually progress to boot fixations (Module P)

Following this order ensures maximum safety, optimal equipment use, and long-term performance improvement.
