Complements: 2 Dumbbells 0.5 kg, Batons, Medicine ball 4 kg, 2 Kettlebell 2,3,4 kg, Barbell 6 kg, Balls, Batons.

Recommendation: Prepare before the beginning of the class the indicated accessories and select the weights according to the user's capacity. For balance exercises, we will always subtract 1 rubber band from our Arc. Always stretch at the end of the session.
