Complements: Batons, Dumbbells 1 Kg, Medicine Ball 8 Kg, Kettlebell 2,3,4 Kg, Barbell 6 KG, Balls.

Recommendation: Prepare the complements before starting the session. For power exercises, add 1 more rubber band to the machine and for balance exercises, subtract 1 rubber band from the machine. Stretch at the end of the session
