Complements: Batons, Kettlebell 2,3,4 Kg, Medicine Ball 4 Kg, Barbell 6 Kg.

Recommendation: Start the session with all the accessories ready. Adjust the weights according to your physical capacity. For power exercises, increase 2 rubber bands on the machine and start the movements gradually. For balance exercises, subtract 1 rubber band from the machine. Stretch at the end of the session.
