Pre November Class 1

Complements: Batons, Elastic Rubber (medium resistance), Kettlebell 2,3,4 KG, Medicine Ball 4 KG.

Recommendation: Before starting the class, prepare the accessories that we are going to use. These are recommended for this workout, but you can vary weights depending on your physical capacity. All the exercises established in the Balance section are performed with a (-1) rubber or elastic band from the machine. Pay attention to the times and rests. Do not forget to go through the stretching section.
